Are you looking for a module that make you a form by doing couple of settings? Are you looking for a module which allows you to add number of items and still it is able to maintain its design?
Well, DNN have third party module available named “Forms and List”.
With the help of Forms and List Module, you can create Contact Forms, Surveys, Order Forms, Registration Forms etc.
Let’s get started with Installation:
Forms and List Module do not comes with simply DNN installation. We need to download Forms and List Module package and install it.
You can download Forms and List Module from the following URL:
https://github.com/DNNCommunity/DNN.FormAndList/releases
Above link will drive you a following page:
Download a zip folder.
Once folder is downloaded, go to your running DNN site.
Go to settings and click on extensions.
Step:1
After clicking extensions, click on Install Extension button which is shown below.
After clicking Install Extension button, you are asked to upload your downloaded ZIP folder. Please upload your ZIP folder.
Drag and drop your folder to the install extension form.
Once you have uploaded your folder successfully. Please click on Next Button.
Step: 2
Click on the next button.
Step: 3
This is Releases notes. And click on the next button.
Step: 4
Please make sure accept license checkbox is checked. And click on the next button.
Step:5
Click on the Done button.
There you go! You have installed Forms and List Module successfully!
If you want to check whether your module installed or not.
Go to extensions from setting and search your module name in extensions.
Here is our installed module. Click on Form and List.
Tip:
1. Whenever you move your website from local environment to any other environment, make sure you include your bin folder too in push process!
Bin folder is available in the main folder of your site.
2. Don’t forget to push your User Defined Table folder from desktop module too.
