    This workflow connects directly to our Gmail sales inbox. Whenever a new email lands:

    1. Email Capture – The Gmail Trigger fetches incoming emails.

    2. Filter Noise – It ignores irrelevant replies (e.g., “Re:” or internal mails).

    3. Email Understanding (AI) – Anthropic’s model parses the message to extract:

      • Whether the lead is interested or not

      • If they asked for a brochure

      • Any specific technical needs

      • Mentioned technologies (.NET, Angular, Web Design, etc.)

      • Sender’s name & email

      • If they want to schedule a call

    4. Context Memory – Postgres memory stores previous conversations for consistency.

    5. Knowledge Retrieval – Pinecone + Google Gemini let the AI pull info from our company docs (e.g., brochures, service details).

    6. Personalized Reply (AI) – AI drafts a professional response tailored to the client.

    7. Smart Routing:

      • If the client asks for a call → Sales rep gets notified.

      • Otherwise → The AI sends a reply email automatically.

    In short: Prospect writes → AI understands → AI replies → Sales team only steps in when needed.
